Enterprise IT / Managed & Lifecycle Services
Deployment is a milestone. Support is an ongoing responsibility.
Technology needs attention throughout its working life. Choice helps organizations define the maintenance and support arrangements that fit their infrastructure, operating model, and internal capabilities.

What the work involves
- Infrastructure management
- Establish the agreed administration activities, responsibilities, escalation paths, and reporting requirements for the environment.
- Technology maintenance
- Plan preventive work, corrective support, and coordination with product vendors where relevant to the service agreement.
- Lifecycle planning
- Identify refresh priorities, support dependencies, and documentation needs so that technology decisions are not driven only by the next incident.
- Multi-team coordination
- Clarify where Choice, the customer, and other providers take responsibility, reducing ambiguity at the points where services meet.
What we deliver
Fit and scope. There is no single company-wide response time. Coverage hours, response objectives, spares and onsite arrangements are set in each service agreement.
- A written service description: activities, coverage window, locations and exclusions.
- Named responsibilities and an escalation path across Choice, your team and other providers.
- A preventive maintenance calendar and lifecycle/refresh register.
- Periodic service reporting against what was agreed.
Define the service before promising the outcome
Coverage hours, locations, response objectives, spares, remote or onsite support, and exclusions should be agreed for each engagement. That clarity is part of a sound support relationship—not small print added after the purchase.
Lasting service begins with clear responsibility.
